Summon Syatem Empty Summon Syatem

001. Overview

The summon's are a powerful companion that a user can have on their side. Though there are some things to keep in mind though:

1. Summons can't have an elemental affinity that your character does not have access too. So If you can't use water don't think you are going to get shark summons to use water, etc. Also the jutsu's they can use have to be in your list, and can not exceed the rank of the summon itself.

2. All Summons have a rank from D-S, and can range from a tadpole to a toad the size of a mountain. With the variance in ranks also comes a variance in abilities and costs.

  • D-rank: Small creatures, can be flops that you didn't mean to summon or something with minor utility traits like tracking. But no combat capabilities. [Costs 1 jutsu slot]
  • C-rank: Also small creatures though larger than D-ranks, though these can have some combat capabilities, and will only be able to use one of your available elements, Pre-shippuden Gamakichi would fit here. [Costs 1 jutsu slot]
  • B-rank: Larger creatures, these can be rideable and can use up to two seperate elements. The Demolisher Toad who was the size of a building can go here. [Costs 2 Jutsu Slots (1 B-rank)]
  • A-rank: Amongst the largest and/or strongest available to each scroll, the sages would also fall here. Good cannon examples are Gamaken and Gamahiro. [Costs 4 Jutsu Slots (1 A-rank)]
  • S-rank: The Boss summon of each contract, these are the most powerful of the summons available to the summoner. [Costs 5 slots (1 S-rank)]

3. A summon can have their own specific jutsu's up to their own rank, though so long as they have fewer jutsu than the number of slots they cost it will not count against the shinobi's slots, however they can have more jutsu though the user will have to pay for them. Though they are not restricted to just their own techniques, a summon an also use any jutsu the user has excluding non-elemental kkg.

002. Claimed Contracts

Monkeys - Kaishi Sarutobi
Toads – Ogata
Slugs – Chihiro
Snakes – Takashi
Mice – Saza
Lion - Amaya/ Keiko
Arctic Wolves - Hyo

003. Sage Mode

Sage mode, the epitome of the of the summoning arts, the sage masters of your summons have deemed the summoner worthy enough to teach how to tap into the natural world around them to enhance their power, provide restoration to the summoners reserves, and even grant them access to Unique techniques.

These are the basics for each of the sage mode techniques, fluff them as you see fit, but use some common sense. Like a tortoise summoner shouldn't be getting speed buffs, or a Cheetah summoner should not be getting endurance buffs.
