Crime in the Mall? How dare!?

Reno was out of booze, out of cigarettes, out of weed and out of cash to get any of them. For a normal person this would be a complete loss and they'd probably cry over it like a loser. Instead Reno was a criminal and had no issues stealing to get what he wanted, not that very many people would bother to stop him with all these "Heroes" around. Luckily for Reno he was both a criminal and POWERFUL so even the heavy presence of heroes in the area didn't deter him from trying to get what he wanted.

An alarm sounded a minute later as he casually walked out of a cannibus store and started pulling out a blunt, lighting it with a lighter he also stole, before puffing on it heavily and breathing out a humungous amount of smoke, the blunt he had puffed nearly being used up because of it. Stop he heard the first hero to show up say, You've violated the law he heard the first hero say, the speel went on for a minute before Reno realized the dude didn't know who he was messing with.

The first hero was unconscious a black screen moment later as Reno had easily maneuvered behind him and chopped the back of his neck so hard he passed out instantly. This caused a bunch of people to panic and keep their distance from him, but since he wasn't attacking them, they quickly returned to doing whatever it was they were originally doing.

Reno was used to this by now. He wasn't very well known, so none of the A listers were going to arrive over such a minor thing, but he did make himself semi-scarce just in case someone else did decide to show up and cause him some problems. While doing so he almost felt like he was being watched, though he didn't know why and didn't care to look for the person he thought was watching him.

For now he'd just park himself on a bench somewhere else in the Mall and keep smoking. Wasn't like he was going to die anytime soon anyways. He wasn't in costume so he wasn't going to cause a big ruckus right now. Though maybe he should... He really liked his outfit after all.
